(Update: 02/07/20) Refund matters due to shipping delay

During these strange times, shipping efficiency is affected globally. While I do my best to bring it to the post office almost as soon as I could, but the delays in dispatching it overseas, in transit routing to various countries as some borders are not open, it really is beyond my control.

With that said, I have just amended my refund policy to include the above.

Orders with tracked shipping

My refund policy will remain effective until the parcel is officially declared lost (extending from the 30 days mentioned).  Full amount will be refunded back in the event it happens.

If the parcel has not arrived in your country based on the update on Singpost tracking 18 business days after receiving your shipping notification, contact me.

I will raise on official inquiry with Singpost and they will contact the postal administration of your country. Based on the Universal Postal Regulation, it allows countries up to 2months to respond to any inquiry.

I will keep you updated as I get any progress update from Singpost. To know more, or if you want to raise the inquiry personally, please visit the following website:

Orders with standard shipping

A refund on the retail price of your order minus cost of shipping OR a maximum of 150SGD, whichever is lower, will be offered.

If you did not opt for registered shipping, there is nothing much I can do to help you find/trace your order without a tracking number in event of delay during transit.

I am not running away or anything like that. Its just shipping delays during this period is really beyond my control. As a shopper online myself, I can relate to the anxiousness of buyers when delays happen. So I am doing what I can to help and monitor the tracking status daily.

Hope for your understanding.
