How accurate are the measurements on site?
Measurements in the shop are done by hand with a ruler/measuring tape. While I did my best to measure with precision, it is possible that due to human error there could be a slight difference.
Does the photo show exactly what the actual item is?
I aim to do as little edit as possible to show actual representation of the items. Please bare in mind that the item may appear slightly different among screen monitors due to resolutions and what not. Current pictures are now taken with Oppo X3.
Are GST/VAT charges included in my price?
I am not a tax registered business in Singapore and hence, by law, I cannot charge GST/VAT to my customers. Item's listed price DOES NOT include any GST/VAT/Custom Duty Tax/Processing Fee of recipient's postal service.
I received a note from my postal service that I need to pay extra for custom duty/processing fee before they can release my parcel. I do not want to pay for it. Can I get a refund?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their own country. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In this case, I will only issue a refund AFTER I had received back the package in its original packaging. Refer to refund policy.
What about the changes to VAT treatment for UK buyers from 1 Jan 2021?
I am not registered to charge VAT for UK. As such, I will stop selling to the UK on this website from 01.01.2021 onwards and resume selling to the UK only over at my Etsy shop.
SHIPPING RELATEDDo you ship worldwide?
I ship to most countries now with exception to USA/UK/AUS/NZ/NORWAY (due to tax issues), countries in the EU as well as countries that has mail delivery services suspended. In event there are any postal changes, buyers will be notified.
How long do you take to ship out orders? Is tracking available?

How long does it take to receive my orders?
Domestic: 2 to 5 working days
International: 8 - 45 working days (maybe even longer depending on factors like weather, holidays, int'l customs, postal efficiency of recipient's country).
Do you accept refunds/exchange damage items?
